Grinding & Manufacturing Inc. was established in 1997
by Gordy Rose. Gordy has 24 years of experience in the
industry. He founded the company on the principles that
customer service, honesty, personal attention, and absolute
quality are guiding principles.
The company has experienced 300%
growth over the past five years. It has grown from one
shift to two, employing 20 skilled employees and 23
machines. Of special note, Absolute Grinding achieved
its ISO 9001:2000 certification in a shorter time than
most companies of the same age. The company continues
to add capacity ahead of its needs and to handle new
and interesting projects.
